The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is eager to hear from you if you would like to explore possible, future career opportunities! Admissions staff focus on the recruitment of prospective students, the review of their applications to the University, and the active participation in yield activities to ensure the enrollment of an exceedingly talented and diverse class.
Staff travel to key high schools in an assigned domestic and/or international territory and interact with students, parents, high school counselors, and alumni in that region and others.
Many of these interactions will be within the framework of a Client Relationship Manager to provide support for these year-round efforts.
Staff conduct information sessions on campus and virtually, confer with admitted students/families, and contribute to the success of numerous visitation/recruitment programs.
Collegial interaction with several University offices and external partners is ongoing.
Staff may also supervise student employees and recruitment of specific cohorts of students as defined by University enrollment objectives.
Additional special projects may be assigned by the Vice President for Undergraduate Enrollment, the Assistant Vice President for Undergraduate Admissions, or other senior leaders.
Some evenings and weekends are required.
The principal work location is at the University of Notre Dame.
Up to two days per week work from home may be possible after the training period has been successfully completed.

Qualifications:
The following qualifications contribute to success in collegiate admissions:
possess excellent time management and perceptive interpersonal abilities, operate effectively in both independent and team environments, demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills in English (oral and written) for both individual and groups in-person and virtually, demonstrate leadership ability that can be developed, have knowledge of and experience with computer systems and software applications, especially Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and possess a valid drivers license and a U.
S.
passport.

Preferred qualifications that contribute to success in this field at Notre Dame include:
displaying a sincere appreciation for people of diverse backgrounds and a loyal commitment to the Universitys mission, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a second language other than English, and experience with Slate (Technolutions) and Banner.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
