NDTL Propulsion and Power is a University of Notre Dame and South Bend, Indiana-based research and development organization focused on large-scale, high-energy, high-complexity testing.
We are looking for a cheerful, highly organized person who is attentive to details and likes to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
The Front Office Assistant will provide assistance to the NDTL department including:
Greet guests (sponsors, contractors, vendors, etc.
) Assist with organizing meetings Answer phones Schedule meetings Assist with lab office space organization Purchase hospitality items, food, and office supplies Make travel arrangements Create project progress reports, including financial reports, Assist with post-award research administration This is a great entry-level position that allows for great exposure to the business function of a major research laboratory on campus.
